DO YOU HAVE MEET UPS?

No, we only ship out orders via JRS Express. We can also deliver orders via Lalamove, Angkas Padala, Maxim, Mr. Speedy or GrabExpress for orders within Cebu only.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We are currently online-based only. If we do join bazaars and set up pop-up stores, it will be announced beforehand.

DO YOU ACCEPT COD/COP?

We only accept cash-on-delivery for orders within Cebu.

WHAT ARE YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

The materials used for every jewelry may vary. Some are made of High Quality Gold Plated Stainless Steel, High Quality Copper in 14K, 18K, and 24K gold plating, and 925 Sterling Silver.

For Dangle Premium materials are guaranteed real and pawnable gold. Products tagged as PREMIUM are made of 18k & 21k SOLID GOLD. (Premium orders are shipped via LBC Express to ensure its safety, pickup schedule is every Saturday only)

ARE YOUR JEWELRY NON TARNISH & HYPOALLERGENIC?

Our jewelry is water-resistant and will not tarnish over time with proper care. It is safe for sensitive skin.

HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE MY ORDER?

We only have a 3-day reservation. Once you have exceeded the given time to settle your payment, the order will automatically be cancelled.
